Radfud has the same ring as Bratfud

Remember when he signed for us only to
drive down the M62 to 'sign' for Bulls ?

It was such a lovely touch

Do you have a point?

All your posts seem to be rambling nonsense.

What was your view on lasts night game, which stand were you sat in?

So you're insinuating Lee coached the players to go out and lose?

Well done Salford played very well tonight against a pretty poor opposition on the night. As much as anything it was leadership that was missing. Some lead and others follow and we had too many of the latter on show. Be interesting to see how the selection goes should we get back to anything like full fitness. There's some in there on borrowed time in my view particularly defensively.

It's not defensively that's the problem. Its the brains. We're the dumbest team in the league. We keep doing stupid stupid shiz. Then we give dumb pens. Then we get gassed out. Then we make handling errors again and defend again whilst on empty.

In the first sets last night we made great metres and their contact was off. We go 6 up. We're going ok. Then get a pen. Kill our own momentum by going for 2 (1st error)
Then they get momentum. We make some errors. Concede some pens. Go 6.10 behind. Finally get some ball again...put a kick in on the 3rd (whhhhaaat  ) then double up with a pen. They score another. Later in game same thing happens.
Just before ht mini. On our own line tries an impossible offload tackle 1 whilst down to 12. So then concede another which truly ended the game. So stupid as a team it's untrue.

Now I'm not bashing radFord here but how is his team doing this every week? Some of the stupid things we do are not coached. He surely is drilling it into then to smarten up every week yet he's being ignored
What's bothering me now is weve been average all year. You can igore we were near top of the table. Our superior team sheet took care of that. I said before wigan the table was lieing to us.
Last night was the 1st good team we've played...As in top end..in form and fit without loads out etc and the result is we've nearly had 60 on us at home
If from absolutely nowhere we can suddenly find form we'll be ok this month. If not we'll be in for some more beltings
July last year (semi) was the last time this team put in a real all round performance in. That bothers me tbf. Only beat the 2 poor team in the 8s. Capitulated the LLS on our patch v understrength wire. Not been convincing this yr. We'd of lost a couple more if not for Kelly. All the time having 1 of the best squads.
All is not as dramatic as my ramblings here may make it seem tbh. It's only a few percent off here n there tbf. But I don't like the sheer length of time we're taking to show something like our best again. Easter set the foundations of everything that was good last year. Hopefully same this

The defence was terrible last night. So bad that they were scoring direct from the last kick off or via a penalty. Once we hit the patch where we couldn't get the ball it was carnage. Missed or on field leaders both physically and mentally.

I'm not saying Radfud out

I'm saying we were beat before the start

10 tries at home against an average side

We had the best D in the league

I've only seen the first 2 of the tries and I'm scratching my head at those

Here in lay the issue which many of our fans demonstrate, thinking that due to poor historical performances and final league position, that a team like Salford are an also ran and we should simply expect them to be cannon fodder. Anyone who has seen them on Sky so far this season will know they have turned their corner and are not just on the up, they and Cas are the pace setters. They are far from average, they were at full strength with halves / pivots on top of thief game with pace and size around them.

Losing last night was not the surprise, but the manner of how some of the senior players appeared to give up in the first half was the real worrying sign.

We were without out most exciting player in Kelly, our engine room in Houghton, our talismans and leader in Ellis and our enforcer in Taylor. The problem last night was we did not limit the damage.

We crashed at Widnes last season. Wigan got whooped at Wakey last season. One absolute shocker, and specially this early in the season is not the end of the world

Close you eyes, take a deep breath, draw a line and move on.

The game was lost in the second quarter where Hull hardly touched the ball. Salford try, get the ball back, receive penalty late in the count, try, and repeat the cycle again and again. No mistakes from them and chuck in a ludicrously bad decision to sin bin Sneyd and it was all over. There was never going to be enough energy left in the team to have a hope of a sustained comeback and that is how the 2nd half unsurprisingly went. Time to move on, learn from this and make this the only truly bad effort this year.

I might be wrong but that's the first real tonking we've had in a year. Half a team out and some players not at there best against a really good Salford team . That score is not acceptable but it happens . Big game against Leeds and one if we get players back IMO will win. Yes we are not firing on all cylinders but still in the mix.
