My point just being that the Mail told us it was a done deal a couple of months ago and it must have been as he was not on the RFL's available players list either.

People will find fault whatever the timimg of news of recruitment/retainment.

After a loss and it's papering over the cracks, after a win we've been sitting on it and it's only been done because we won and at the end of the season it'sbecause memberships are going on sale. This isn't a dig at you, btw, just a general observation.
