No mate only a couple of posters on here have said he has signed, and your best taking that with a pinch of salt as for every call they get right they get 10 wrong

Reading the HDM today (Rovers story), If we don't get Chase I'd go all out for Dobson plus Taylor.

i was thinking the same....

dobson not happy at rovers anyways so i have been told so would be an even better chance to tempt him away

I agree,

The confusing bit is,'its taking too long'. surely the lawyers would know the waiting time for a visa decision,and advise the club before making the application.UKBA have set waiting times ie 6 months that they must examine your application,E.g. If lawyers say 3 months in the current climate,we should see it through.
Also, when awaiting a decision from UKBA, you cannot enquire, there are no indicators from UKBA to state current state of play.,until they send a letter to deny or accept.
Basically... application is made,then its in a queue, then wait. (if its taking a long time to get a decision,doesnt mean things are going badly)
