How well Ian Watson does at Huddersfield is going to be very interesting, yes they've had some excellent signings but it's still a club that hasn't had its nose in the pointy end of things regularly. With his own team next to him I think the chances of them doing very well this year is significant but like ourselves and others, speculation and what happens on the training ground is meaningless unless results actually are the proof of the pudding.
Inglis is an interesting one, massive name, absolutely immense, but he himself stated on his retirement that he packed in because he couldn't have that presence that he once had, he stated it wasn't mental or physical but just the right time to quit. But knee and shoulder injuries that limited him to just the two games in 2019 casts a doubt as to whether he can stay fit and healthy for the majority of the season. Given the money Warrington are undoubtedly coughing up I think it's a bit of a gamble, from a purely rugby POV I hope it doesn't pay off as he could have a massive influence on how Warrington go throughout the season and ultimately when chasing silverware which means it's much harder for us.
Evalds is top signing for Cas, I don't think there are many teams who given the chance wouldn't sign him and will do well in Powell's style of rugby. Can Cas be a force this season, not sure, as per my prediction I think they'll be 6/7/8.
