Radford's done well in all of his previous coaching positions.

Not every assistant in the league was chosen to go over to Oz. Andy Hay, another coach at FC, was selected to go but don't let that get in the way of you having a moan. As Hay is 'above' Radford in terms of our coaching we should be pleased that he's been selected to go.
Radford may not make a top flight coach but, then again, he might. He hasn't had enough of a chance yet - this is his first season in a top flight coaching set up - and so surely can't have done anything that warrants you writing him off already.
