And suddenly came back to training when Watson was rumoured to be coming to Hull as coach. Players didn't want him at the club

Judging by the last couple of comments, sounds like we’re well rid.

Wouldn’t get in our back row now anyway after the form of Cator, Savelio and Mau.

Disappointing if true as I've always given him the benefit of the doubt. I suppose the writing was on the wall when he didn't move here. Hope we get a fee.

We’ve lost quite a lot of props recently; Paul Clough, Adam Walne, Ukuma Taai and Suaia Matagi.

We’ve signed Jack Ashworth and will be announcing the signing of Luke Yates soon.

I’d imagine Jones and Kenny Edwards will be our starting 2nd row with Joe Greenwood off the bench. McQueen will be used as a utility forward. I don’t see him making our strongest 17.

We’ve also been trying to get rid of James Gavet but heard he’s staying for now.

I’m quite looking forward to seeing James Cunningham in a Giants shirt. Should go well for us off the bench.
