Lovodua to me is seen as our Mr Fix It. I'd love to see him get a run at 9 though

I think Lovodua will be another Berrigan (not as good though) brought in as a 9 but ended up playing in the halfs due to injuries. On that I always thought Berrigan's best position was centre.

I stuck by Radford when many on here quite rightly said he should have been replaced 2 years before. If we continue to decline this season then major surgery is needed. Pearson has invested heavily in this club and he and the fans deserve more.

Looking at our fixtures and with players coming back I'll be very disappointed if we don't think at least 6th.

Out next to games will make or break us. After that we've got St's and Hudds which I'm not expecting anything from.

Our last month or 6 weeks Jake should be back for the run in to give us a boost.

Totally agree. We are not the only team with injuries and have brought in 3 players as cover.

Anything less than 6th is unacceptable in my opinion.

Hoy's signing has ignited a bit of excitement and interest on here but that's for next season.

But all that matters right now is Friday night. Looking at the table I believe it's the most crucial game of the season so far.

Lets get behind the team and hope they will respond.

You would be disappointed if we didn't pick up atvleast 3 wins from Cas, Toulose, Rovers and Wakey at home and one win from Toulose or Salford.

Minimum 4 wins, should be enough for 6th I'd expect.

I think a lot depends on how we finish the season. If the rot continues and we are on the end of some more humiliating defeats then more changes are needed. The coach being one of them.

We are getting a few players back so there are no excuses for any more capitulations.

I get what your saying, but i think if you look at the elite in the sport, they find replacements as soon as players past their apexs performances start dipping off, we cannot afford to dither. I honest don't get the narrative of why it's in Houghton hands, he's looked a tired old hooker this season and last who needs replacing, I think if it wasnt for the monumental injury list we d of seen Lovodua eventually take his place.

For me it's a no brainer we say our thank yous and don't renew his contract. Personally I see moments where it looks like his head isn't in it, the same with Shaul, Griffin and Taylor. I think they all need a fresh challenge somewhere else. And we need to move on and complete the final pieces of Hodgsons team with replacements

Will Smith doing the rounds online. Not sure there will be anything in it. He left the GC on compassionate grounds this season to return to Newcastle. Plus he's 30.

He's a half/hooker though. Another name to add to the rumours list as least .
