Allam won't buy the KC at fair value.

Even if he did why would he build us a ground?

What is fair value? £50-60m?

Suppose the council offered him it for £35m, the proceeds then went to funding a stadium for us and a South Stand for the dobbins, for fairness and all that.

Allam doesn't have to build us anything.

It's hardly likely to happen, but it can't hurt to speculate.

Hull City Council will not let the Iglo site to be sold for housing, they will only grant planning permission for a project that creates jobs. All the environmental surveys give the site a clean bill of health.

I do know that whoever buys it can get it (relatively) cheaply as Iglo are desperate to off load it.

Can you explain this, with fact and not fiction?

Didnt see it first time, so, apologies.

As i understand from many "in the know posters" here (and previous custodians of the club), we cannot reduce matchday tickets due to the user agreement as according to one great leader "giving away tickets costs the club"

Some on here have stated that having the KC is amazing as it costs us £600k pa for using it. However, we will never earn anything (on non ticket income) beyond what we earnt at Boulevard. (we dont fully know what the stadium generates us out of our (disputed) £5mill pa income.

As we know, we cannot train on the pitch, its not always suitable for RL (grass cut short in football season, concert and squash damage) and now increased % of "fake" grass

Hell we cant even use the ticket office now without paying Allam for the service

And of course it is completly devoid of any atmosphere (although some here declare Boulevard had no atmos)

The Boulevard was costing in the region of £1m pa just to maintain.

Non ticket income (concourse food / drinks), in terms of profit is not as much as you would think.

The KC offers far better (and bigger) corporate facilities which Hull take full advantage of.

Do you really believe there is no atmosphere at the KC?

As you know I have questioned a few on opinion on the Boulevard. At no point have I said it had no atmosphere, merely that it was not the cacophony of noise for the full 80 minutes of every game which some would like to remember.
