I honestly believe that if Radford were to go then he would be replaced with Paul Cooke.
Which would solve precisely nothing. Cooke has the makings of a good coach, but we'd be replacing one inexperienced coach with another and the merry go round would start all over again.
What needs to happen is what should have happened when Agar went - a clean sweep of all the coaching staff and an experienced head coach selecting his own team.
