Personally, I dont understand why we would sign Fitzgibbon.

We have enough backrowers at the club.

Our priority, should be an organiser/leader with a good kicking game
then, a centre.

I would prefer us to use two player salaries to sign Orford.

As the overseas quota is decreasing, these positions should be a priority.

Great signing if true, can not understand why people would see it as an unnecessary signing, he's played for Australia FFS.

The rest will come , im sure the scrum half is been sorted but maybe his club don't want to release him yet, were as fitz became available and his club was happy to release his signitaure now

IF Radford is off to Union in 2010, then Fitz as a replacement
enhances the squad- IMHO
