Hes a headless chicken. Admittedly he'd be more of a threat than Houghton, but he just plays with no structure.

Quick off the mark hooker who has the pace to take advantage of gaps in the defence and quick ptb.

Could argue that hookers that play what they see,like that, play with no structure?

The sort of hooker many of our fans are craving?

Personally I’d be quite pleased to see him join.

I'd take Dwyer as a replacement for Houghton, but not if he is staying.

I’d be looking at Joe Greenwood if he isn’t staying at Huddersfield. Would be a decent signing for the second row and can cover prop too. Would also leave us with a quota place free.

Leeds fans are pretty critical of Dwyers distribution too. I'm sure he'd win us some games on his own, or at least have an impact on them with his running game. The Leeds home game last season springs to mind, he turned the game for Leeds in the second half.

Other games we'd be ripping our hair our down to poor decisions.

He's just not for me, but I could see an upside to us signing him.

If Houghton retires is he worth a 2 year deal until Balmforth is ready to start? Maybe?

Very much depends on what is happening with Houghton and Lovodua?

If both are staying then we don’t need Dwyer but I would sign him to replace either should they retire/leave.

Big off season for Balmforth and he will be ready to play off the bench next year.

Fair enough. Houghton 1 year deal, then Balmforth starts 2024. Maybe that's the though process?

Confirmation from BH that JJ is leaving at the end of the season and Lovodua is staying. Nothing we didn't already know I suppose
