Yet again an unforced error with an off load that was never on then a knock on and we gifted Salford another opportunity which they take. This game was more than winnable but we’ve just thrown it away with the return of dumb rugby and brain farts.

Mcintosh might as well have had a Salford shirt on today.

Errors have killed us today. Offload from McIntosh really poor.



Looked good at times going forward but the completion rate not good enough.

Surely surely wakakoke or Martin offer more than the walking brain fart that is Mcintosh, whys he picked him

Mcintosh is an awful player. Championship standard.

Why was the chase so slow on sneyd there, anyone with half a brain cell could tell you he was going to drop a goal there

Can't fault the effort, just individual errors and some dumb play, some up when Sneyd missed from the half way, why not go short, obvious what would happen.

That second quarter has cost us the game. We just imploded. Macintosh just isn’t an SL player, reminds me of Will Sharp. Hoy has hands like cows tits.

Just not good enough today. Game was there for the taking and we just continuously made bad decisions and couldn't control the ball. Can't afford to do that against such a good attacking team.

To be fair, fatigue probably played its part there.



More concerned that we didnt go for a short drop out.

We made mistakes but we was in the game. If we had won youd have said nothing.

Tries hard, but agree, time to play a young winger, not Scott, not a winger get Barron or Martin there.

Good close game, McIntosh error killed it but generally our discipline and error rate just weren't good enough.

As said before the game Salford are better than us, thought both teams were poor today in attack, but Salford made less errors than us.



Impressed with Trueman, looked dangerous, hope we can keep Clifford. Still think Hoy will come good.

Our worst enemy today just far too many errors, poor discipline and brain farts. Had we stuck to what served us well the past few games we’d have likely won the game.



Still some positives to take and we haven’t thrown the towel in like we would have done previously but disappointing it’s a game we quite simply gave away.



McIntosh was poor and wouldn’t be disappointed if I didn’t see him in the 17 for the rest of the season. Lane again guilty of missing too many tackles and dropping off them. Houghton for me also dipped back in to the less effective performance level.



Trueman again improving with more minutes he plays.

Definitely a lot to work on moving on to next week.

Cannot knock the effort but really poor execution today. Salford are a very good side and you can't turn over the ball so much and expect to win.



Hopefully Carlos back for next weekend and I'd consider Barron or Martin on the wing.

Thought Hoy had a decent 2nd half. Didn't deal with 1 high kick but he ran the ball very well and looking threatening.

We have seen the difference it makes when our discipline is relatively good but today once again the errors and poor discipline cost us the game.

Played well, works really well with Croft, very happy with our halfback pairing though, just need to get a few forwards to lay the platform
