Rubbish, direct your ire at Griffin. Unless you're happy with players mouthing off at officials?

As you say could be a confidence thing. Certainly looking better. Thought Tuime had his best game for a while to. Cator ran his socks. In fairness they all did

Hoy didn't have a iced hamstring after the match. Maybe it was precautionary.

Some real spirit today but a man down for half a game against Saints was only going to mean one result.

Pleased with McIntosh who cops a lot of stick but did well today. Hoy looked lively in the halves which is a good option going forward.

I'm concerned for Thursday though as it looks like a few from today could be missing. What are the chances that Kendall is ref again too.

Agree about Hoy. I have a bit more confidence now if Clifford ever gets injured again that Hoy can step in. He's a good runner of the ball.
And Litten at the back to cover Hoy looks safe as houses with the high ball. Still think he struggles in defence while he's getting used to the size of players in SL. He's still an incredibly small and light player who needs to bulk up a bit. But he is definitely one to keep an eye on for the future.

Can’t fault the effort at all today they gave everything and never gave up. Losing Taylor so early in and Griffin up until he saw the cards was a real handful. Fash was for me the MOM as he really stood up and never took a backwards step even up against Whinging Walmsley who seems to run in with his knee up, went in with his knees when we scored in the 2nd half and ran straight at Fash off the ball late in 2nd half which seemed deliberate
Thought Savelio was another who really stepped up too like Fash. Despite copping a lot of criticism this season I thought McIntosh had a good game.
One of the disappointing things was Dwyer and yet again a total headless chicken performance. He was a liability and took the wrong options, went the wrong side snd brain fart passes. I’d rather we sit him until the end the season and give Balmforth an opportunity if he’s staying.
Hopefully Hoy isn’t too bad if it’s hamstring.

As the Griffins red card if he has used abusive language towards Kendal then he has let himself and the club down. If however he has just questioned the decisions that were going against us and seemingly asking what the difference is from where he was pointing then Kendal is a bigger dick than ever.
To be quite honest I didn’t really see an awful lot of difference in what we were doing compared to St’s to be pinged so many times with 6 agains and penalties. Some of the decisions certainly seemed questionable by Kendal and seems 10M is a different measurement depending which team is in possession.

Disappointing we couldn’t make the next round but again shows were are very much moving in the right direction

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Re: Saints in the cup : Sat Jun 17, 2023 4:31 pm
Sorry but there is no excuse for getting sent off after the hooter has gone.

Griffin should have to refund Hull FC ticket holders today.

All players should learn to shut up rather than talk back to the ref. But talking back to the ref when there is no action going on is just plain stupid.

Another game of RL ruined by Chris kendall, every game this guy officiates is naff, no wonder the players get frustrated, although that's no excuse for griffin, whatever he said could have waited until at least until after the game.

The players and coaches cannot win though, as a coach if you say anything= fine, if a player says anything fine and ban. Officials are bulletproof no matter how incompetent/bent they are. Kendell will be free to ruin another game next week and then repeat.
