For me the result doesn't even matter. Our season is long gone.

Let us make sure we do our bit to pay our respects to the life of a Rugby League icon and give him the tribute he deserves from the Old faithful.

Chris is admin on here and I don’t think they can put posters on ignore?

Yes that is indeed the case. I will hold my hand up to not refraining and quoting said poster at the time, please consider my wrists well and truly slapped and I apologise for my momentary lapse

Start Smith and interchange with Balmforth and let Houghton have a rest but Grix won’t as he will flog Houghton,then bring Smith on when game has gone and then say…we looked good when Morgan came on and blah blah blah

Heart says us to pinch a scrappy game by 6, head says another defeat by around 12pts!!

I keep thinking, especially with the recent fixtures, that 'this will be the week we finally crack this losing run', only to then be disappointed once more! Suspect Saturday will be another instalment in this long running saga.

We surely have to scramble over the line at some point before season's end, don't we? Hope it's Saturday. I know the result has long ceased to matter in the season's context, but it would still be nice to feel the warm glow of victory again and not for all of us to have to troop out of the ground shaking our heads and muttering to one another about where to next!!

It's not as if we're asking for the Earth anymore, just a small sliver of cheery news to make the place seem a touch brighter. Come on boys, rouse yourselves just one more time for us long suffering faithful, I know you have it in you, well I think I know, either way that's what I'm telling myself today!!!!!

Agree, then July looks a nightmare and we have to brace ourselves that out high performance level always drops in August

Surely another loss, but there has been improvements in the past few weeks.

Hoping the 2 week break has done us some good and we can finally get a W.
