Stunt? Do you believe me to be evil knievil?

I'm not pulling any stunt. I'm saying that with a near full strength squad we should be going into a game against the current 12th placed side in SL confident of victory. The fact we aren't is obvious for anyone to see and the reasons as clear as day.

Now if you belive that's some kind of stunt then please come back with something sensible otherwise I'll believe it's one of your usual stunts of posting something to challenge someone then pretending you meant something completely different

I see your point but it does not matter in a Hull derby if they are 12th or 1st and vice versa, the form book just goes out the window as it always has done.

I'm not sure that form does go out of the window for a derby. I've seen dozens and can remember very few where there has been any real surprise. One I do vividly remember though was my first derby in 1978 in the CC where rovers were strong favourites and Hull won it with a late try  Happy days

Think my last home game was the win against Crusaders last season. I haven't missed a home game at Easter in years mind.

I'm living proof that boycotts don't work.

I to was at the game you mentioned.I think we had just signed Knocker from Cas and we went on a late run but it was to late and we got relegated.Think we won the game 9-7 if my failing memory serves me right.

Can only remember that we scored when most people were on the way out thinking we'd lost and that I couldn't believe that my new rugby hero was bald! Was stood on a milk crate in the well at the time

Sunday 26th February 1978! I thnk we won 7 or 8 of our last ten games but still got relegated, this was the game that started that run which earned Arthur Bunting a 3 year deal!
