Although he's staying with the club, unfortunately. He shouldn't be starting at all.
I'm not going to go on about his slow predictable drop off, but that's all he's got in his locker!

We weren't, but you're missing the point.

There was no need to commit to Horne that early and reduce our options, he was hardly going to be inundated with offers from elsewhere.

It seems a particularly stupid/cynical decision when you take into account that there was a takeover imminent.

Fair point, but we do at least have the consoltation that only half his salary counts against the cap.

Yes but doesn't Yeamos wage count on that now too? I thought it was £50,000 per club no matter how many players are eligible for it?

it is £50k per club, and we still have to make that money, in effect we need nearly 800 season pass holder to pay for Horne, and his predictable drop off pass and kick to the full back that TomTom could only wish for the accuracy of!
