Hope not. I don’t like knocking any of our players, but he offers little value for money. He’s our Captain and Leader, yet gave us 7 games worth of suspensions, plus the 45 mins missing after being sent off v Saints. Missed a game with a head injury too. So out if 26 league and 2 cup games, think he’s played in 20, which is 71% so far, or 69% if he doesn’t play next week.

Presume he’s not going to hit the threshold, or has already passed it. Saying that if the club didn’t want him they could have just not played him regardless of the injuries.

Bet he’s on £100k+ with us. Doubt Brad Fash or Jack Brown is even on half if that and I’d have several Brad Fash’s compared with Luke, and I’d rather have several others like them instead!!

Longstaff wants to make his move permanent but warrington also want to keep him so we will have to pay a transfer fee if we are to get him.
Griffin’s agent been touting him around SL clubs but no takers.
Waiting until after the World Cup before making a signing to use the last quota spot.
Budget is tight so any more signings will be a case of one out and then one in.
Shaul won’t play for us again.
Connor possibly needs an operation on his knee in the off season which means he’ll miss some of pre season if so. He’s also buying a house in Hull so he’s going nowhere.
Gale won’t be here next season.

Suppose Wire are within their rights to ask for a fee for Longstaff. England Knights player and youth international. I'd expect us to work something out though. He seems really settled here.

I thought if Wakey stayed up they had a clause to make Shauls loan deal permanent. Think Wakey were after Gale too as Millers replacement.

Maybe Radders will help us out with Griffin...

Hopefully we can find a gem in the WC

Reading Michael Carter's comments and it seems they are keen to get Jamie Shaul tied down. He also sings the praises of Jacob Miller and would like to have kept him.

If connor is too miss some of pre season and so will Trueman we are going to be short for the start of the season in the pivotal areas

Thought they might have kept Gale, if only to help Trueman assimilate.
We also won’t have an organising half in the club next season.
