Reading down Digby seems to know his stuff. If you're a big geezer which 13kg in 8 weeks suggests I'd say 1200 a day is to low, and even if it results in weight loss it'll be water and muscle more than stored body fat. Which will make your weight gain the other side of the diet more dramatic. Fibre is massive on a diet. The more your metabolism has to work to break down what you eat the more fat will be burned. Coffee, chilli and spice can speed metabolism as well, lots of water for flushing and can help make you feel fuller in short periods. Chew sugar free gum between meals to. More meat I'd suggest, and more veg. These will make you feel fuller and take more effort to digest. Sounds extreme but 13kg in 2months is, take it easy on fruit! Lots of hidden sugars, use sparingly and for purpose of fibre again aim for ones with skins, e.g. apples and kiwi. I'd treat myself more at breakfast as well. Starting your metabolism in a morning is like starting a fire. You need a decent amount of firewood(food) to get it started, once started you just keep it stoked with the odd piece of wood/food! Stay strong, hard work the dieting lark

Or for the half the price but basically the same product + better taste buy PHD Diet Whey instead of Maxihustle
I totally agree, Maximuscle taste horrid, PHD is a brilliant supplement and something I am currently taking myself. Good amount of protein and very low carb intake per serving.
As I believe you are in Australia and if you are willing to pay for a weight reduction programme that works have a look at the Tony Ferguson Weight Loss Programme(Google). My wife 4 years ago lost 10kgs in 10 weeks and today is roughly the same weight. I went on it with her and lost 6kgs in 4 weeks before stopping as I did not want to lose more. My loss was quicker because I love walking/exercise. The programme picks up on a few points made here. At least 6 large glasses of extra water/day and avoidance of most fruits(high sugar). Walk before breakfast is another general tip.
Tony Ferguson is the shirt sponsor of the Penrith Panthers so that might put you off!

Best place I've found so far is Monster Supplements. They do free UK delivery usually pretty quick too, if you ring them up they'll be able to tell you the best thing to buy for your needs aswell which is pretty good. Or you could pop in next time your in town, they're just down New Cleveland Street.
