Had it on good authority that rovers have put a cash bid in for Jack Brown, which FC could be accepting - to free up some space for a couple of signings TS wants to make.

Brown won't be on that much money, so I'd doubt it would free up enough money to sign a couple of players. I know people won't agree but I'd be more disappointed to lose Brown that Connor.

Josh Drinkwater seems to have fallen out of favour at Catalan, goal kicking 7 and was coached by Smith at rovers in 2019, could be a good option?

Would be gutted if we lost Brown. Absolutely no way the club should let that happen.
