It's ludicrous to suggest that Griffin has only had one good season. The poster concerned has fallen into self parody.

As Dave K said Griffin was one of our key players and up to the injury against Saints was being tipped for international recognition.

He's that obsessed with him it's scary. As you say he's become a source of amusement, but it got tiresome a long time ago.

Griffin has had a very poor season but he's not alone. Coming back from that serious injury has wrecked his confidence. If the rumours are true about his attitude and wanting out so be it.

Until his injury he was a quality player. Let's not forget that.

What a load of rubbish. Griffin had pace, strength, and could score tries. He looked awesome with Swift and was unplayable at times. It’s a real shame to see his performances take such a dip. I’ve no doubt he would have been lined up as future captain.

Griffin never had pace didnt score enough tries, and was a liability in defence.
His only strength was coming out of backfield and making 10 metres or so but so did several other of our backs.Carlos was just as effective carrying the ball out of backfield but a much better centre than Griffin ever was as he also has a defence to his game.

Is that the same reality were you think Shaul will cut it at 9?

I'll stick to the fantasy island if that's your reality

Made yourself look a real plonker again
Shaul had one match playing nine and actually did well.
Well enough for several posters on here to say it was a good call.
You seem to have lots of time on your hands the amount of posts you make so go back in time to the match Shaul played nine and you will find the posts
Pretty pathetic bringing that up i have to say
As your teacher used to say to you you will have to do better

Just never looked the same since returning from his Achilles injury. Hopefully TS can work with the squad and find out exactly why they haven’t performed as a group snd as individuals. Then work with them to turn their performances round, maybe just maybe an experienced coach with an organised plan will re motivate and energise the team.
Leeds under Agar looked a absolute car crash yet Rohan Smith with the same group of players has turned them in to Grand Finalists.
