The comments on Newcastle's Instagram regarding Cartright being let go are interesting, saying that there is no way they should have let him go, and he should be in their side - so thats promising!

Lewis Murphy would be an outstanding capture - he's going to be an excellent winger. Can't see Sullivan at all. Excited about Rimbu too, and really intrigued about what we will do with a strike centre

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Murphy would be very good addition if we can sign him.

Lewis Murphy would be a good signing .Still only young and can shift . I would have thought though , He'd rejoin the Wakey revolution if he came back to blighty .

They've gone balls deep on Johnstone, they wont blow another load on a winger

Yeah that's him. He's at the Roosters, but doubt he will get to first team.

Interesting to see Treigh is playing for Brisbane Tigers tomorrow, wonder what the rules are on that, as he is now contracted to us. If he get's injured I cannot see us being very happy

Yes.

Very good winger, who has rapid pace.

I always thought he had gone to the NRL too early and should have stayed in the UK for a couple more season.

Oh he would be a.goof signing.
From what I remember, he was rapid, a lot of strength and could score difficult tries.
I'm on board with that one

Don't think we were either in for Sullivan TBF, think that was probably made up by Jenna Brooks.

Think backrow is sorted, although I'm still hopefully of one more, hopefully Whitehead, but seems to have gone quiet.

Don't think it will be issue paying off Ockunbor or another and don't think we will sign anyone until it's sorted, not many players are going to turn down a pay off and an opportunity to get another contract which he will either in the Championship or lower league in Aus.

Centre is key for me, really need a strike centre, this is why I think we need to shift Pele and bring in an overseas centre. Props wise we are Ok and could bring in Chan or simalar from Wigan, Saints etc.

We definitely need a quality centre like Lafai or Leutele but I'm not sure about releasing a quota prop.

If Pele goes that leaves us with Ese-Ese, Sao and Ashworth. I don't think that is enough quality as I would regard Fash and Aydin as squad players only.

If we could bring in a quality federation prop to plug the gap it would solve this. We probably would have to pay a transfer fee to facilitate this.
