Dan not holding back.

"Forget making changes for next year, Hull FC need to be working on making immediate changes. Luckily, they are - there’s just one problem; they’re looking to trade off last night's mucky kebab when they want a fillet steak in return".

Can't argue with that!

Litten and Abdul got plenty of chances under Radford. They just didn't take their chances.

With Abdull we already had Sneyd and you can't play both together, and there was no way Lance Todd winning Sneyd was going to be ditched. It was just the wrong time.

Also I think Hull let Litten go before 6 again was a thing? And he's the ideal player for that rule.

Anger seems to have given him extra eloquence - that is a memorable, well-crafted line.

I have no issue with most Rovers fans coming on here to mock us, we would do the same, it's what sport and being rivals is about.

Although if during this spell of dominance they don't win anything it will soon be forgotten, plenty of other times in SL Rovers have been a better side, but no one remembers it, as in the end they didn't achieve anything.

Whatever. We are just enjoying the moment and looking forward to a brighter future. How or if that developed or whether we win anything only time will tell. Your misery makes our joy even sweeter

He's good. That reminds me (digression I know) - I thought of you when I read this article from Dan's opposite number and welcome your critique. Which do you like the best, the creepy headline, the comma confetti, or the "gagging for it" turn of phrase at the end?

There is a very big difference between the events behind the statements. FC’s woes are due to a lack of attitude, ability and poor coaching. Rovers’ due to bad luck. There is a world of difference.

When we need your expert opinion on Hull Fc we'll ask. Soon as we pick up which could be next year you will soon disappear down your hole. By the way well done on yesterday you have a good team there

I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.

Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.

I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

A man who lives in hell can still aspire to heaven.

Embarrassing afternoon to say the least. Completely unacceptable in fact, arguably the worst performance in derby history, at least by ourselves.

They look to me like they have down tools and are simply going through the motions until their inevitable departure at the end of the year. I will be surprised if we win 4 more games this year, although where those 4 wins would come I have no idea. Right now, we look incapable of beating anyone. Even Wakefield, with all their problems, I would only make a 50/50 game. For the rest of SL we must look like easy pickings, 2pts to be gathered in with ease.

As for our nearest and dearest, I have a suspicion they will reach one of the two major finals later this year. They look solid and more than capable of upsetting anyone. Whether they actually win the major final is another matter, dependent on opponent, form, weather, ability to handle the big occasion, but I do have a feeling they will reach either Wembley or OT.

We, quite obviously, won't be!

I agree. Saints definitely off the boil makes it a far more level playing field this year. Bit reminiscent of us in 2016 - good squad, almost no injuries - why not?
