Not a twitter rumour or a rumour for that matter but from the horses mouth. Motu wasn't giving much away but he said he believed his signings already in the bag (3) and those pending (3) would make us all very happy. Smaller squad more quality.

Sounds positive but we've heard things like that before so I'm setting the expectation bar low:

A stand-off with several career-ending injuries that we'll play at scrum-half until his remaining leg falls off.
An overweight prop who can't catch a ball and doesn't understand what penalties are.
A 90Kg back-row-utility.
An aging aussie who's drinking caught up with him in the NRL and now wants a few more years of professional boozing.
A young aussie who didn't make it in the NRL who wants a few more years of professional boozing.
A random Wigan/Leeds reject who'll under-perform because he's homesick.

Anything else will seem good now.

Not sure. If it's to replace a fail Taylor attempt then a bit disapointed but if its to add to Taylor then thats a tough looking front row. If true obviously.
