cant believe eddie and stevo were arguing between themselves during the commentary when they shouldve been focusing what was goin on on the pitch. i thought i was sat in a pub listening to 2 blokes havin a beer infested spat at each other.
roll on february and we'll be able to listen to the same 2 clowns spouting on at how good super league is backed up with the usual braindead quotes of "wait until the world cup 2013 blah blah blah, that was sensational from wellens, seniors still one of the best in the world, man of steel graham showin super league why he won the award, sinfield makes this leeds team tick, wilkins the fastest forward in pooper league"
eddie even said we should get rid of all the overseas players, at least most of them give us some entertainment while theyre playing here!!
Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?
What a fooking joke, half the tossers can't even muster up enough energy to sing the National anthem so how can we expect them to compete for 80 mins on a rugby pitch.
Too many players have gone over there for a holiday and don't have the slightest interest in playing competative RL.
winning like never before. decoys. mouse traps. chicken wings. lollie pops. shepperds. the crusher. grapples. big league. In 1935 The Dragon Slayers as they were known defeated Canterbury bulldogs 91-6, which is still the biggest win in the Club's History. In 1907, the St George district had a club in the Sydney rugby union competition. Interestingly, the team's area was referred to as the 'Illawarra suburbs'. A resolution to form a St George rugby league club was made at a local meeting held in early 1908, but the movement faltered and collapsed. St George, wearing the district colours of red and white, played in the NSWRL's Third Grade competition in 1910, and formed a President's Cup team in 1911. References were found at the time to district teams being called 'The Saints'.the perfect 11

Well said, and can eddie, stevo and phil clarke get their tongues any further up the aussie's backside
we take 4 props to a world cup, of which two are in the twilight of their careers, one who thinks hes gunna be the bionic man yet the aussies & png found it relatively easy to deal with him and another who should be playin for samoa.
surely out of all the guys playing the game in the uk we can find a few more coming up through the "system"?
morley 31
peacock 30
graham 21
forget fasavalu
who else is there? burgess? he wouldve got his face ripped off today
carvell? always injured. fielden, long gone
i cant think of anymore so the rest must be kelt.
The result today summed up the difference between Super League and NRL, what more is they to say?
Our English forwards were litle short of a complete embarrassment. Peacock was battered from start to finish, and Graham just didn't look physically strong enough to go bruising against the Aussies.
Kicking game was crap. They was a brief 10 minute period when we had them rattled, but Tony Archer was quick to bring them back into the game with a penalty. He made countless judging mistakes, a serious knock on at the start of the game, and every 50/50 decision went against us.
Forgetting about the referee for a moment however, Australia were far superior. Today's humiliation is the final straw for the game in the north.
Eddie, Stevo and Phil Clarke must face the axe to say the least, but the RFL have well and truly had their arses handed to them!
