“Reynolds hurt his elbow, he’s got a fracture in his elbow which he played with at the weekend and we’ll see how it goes.

“Jordan Lane hurt his back, he got lifted in a tackle and he landed on his front awkwardly and his back has ceased up over the last couple of days.

Jordan Lane had a serious back injury a few years ago.
This was bound to happen after a long term contract extension.

How you can describe a fracture as a niggle ill never know
Lanes injury doesnt sound too promising either

Wouldn’t mind Croft to be honest from what I’ve seen of him so far.

I know Trueman was hailed as the next great talent but he’s struggled with form and injury for the past couple of years and think it would be a gamble to sign him. We need quality and players with a better injury records moving forward.

Hodgson has confirmed his absence is due to the fracture and he admits he doesn’t know whether he’ll be looking at an extended time on the sidelines because of it.

Meanwhile, Jordan Lane picked up a back issue in the defeat at Wheldon Road.

“Both of the boys picked up niggles and it’s difficult to evaluate on a four-day turnaround this week so unfortunately they’re not available,” Hodgson said.
