As I said, "I'm not excusing him" It was an observation made at the time, he did look groggy straight afterwards.

Just watching Boots n all Child clearly gave the penalty to us (he has his arm out and whistle in mouth) and Eddie said he awarded it the other way for Long mouthing off.
