I think you'll find it's that well-known Bulldogs star Williams Pritchard.

Bulldogs fans disparagingly label Williams "She Rex" and ask FC fans to "Take Tony Williams off our hands and leave Pritchard at the Dogs".

they can get him off quota but he would still be non federation trained, i believe there 7 non fed trained/quota spots are full at the moment
