Regardless, we’ve been awful last 2 seasons, played awful rugby for the majority of radfords tenure, with the squad we’ve got for next season, I personally would like to see a new coach brought in, just my opinion of course. But the reality is Radfords going nowhere and I’ll be 100% behind them come the start of next season
Regretfully i agree but what on field changes will we see in the coaching? I agree we have on paper some better players coming in but will we see a change to the predictable five drives and a kick, lack of player movement, poor and slow passing, and a line so deep its easy to defend. I doubt It. Alternatively if the answer is yes and we do see changes then you have to ask why havnt we seen any improvements for the last two seasons.

Difference the new players will make, is we’ll get slightly better hammering’s, unless radford can change our tactics and structures, not much which will change, consistency and attitude are hard to coach I guess, but the better coaches manage it. Radford had his apprenticeship at hull, done a fantastic job winning back to back cups, but heart on my hull fc sleeve, I know we need a new coach to move forward. Fair play wizeb backing is mate, I’d do the same if he was mine

So, wither way, we can anticipate another season of you slating Radford.
Lose/Play poorly - Radford is at fault Win/Play well - Wgy didn't Radford have us doing this last season?
Poor bloke can't do anything right in your opinion.
I'd like to see some attacking input, I think Horne, Last and Yeaman should be dispensed of and talent that has no prior association with FC brought in.
So LR says it’s hard to motivate the team for a season defining match
He’s also said it’s not really his fault and clueless as to how to fix it
You really have to ask
What does he do week to week ?
Said before Name a stand after him and let him move on He’s just reached the end of this project
It does sound as though from that interview, he has lost Interest and is deflated of ideas. He s been at the club a long time and everything has a shelf life. Radford needs recognising for his achievements and give him a fitting send off. But I do think it is time Pearson Recruited a new head coach. For example looking back at Kieran Cunningham at saints, at the end of his tenure the players were uninterested, and deflated, and rarely had any consistensncy, those same players transformed over night and have been consistently good for the last 2 years. I don’t think Cunningham had lost the dressing room but more a case of boredom had set in, as I’m sure we all go through at some point in our own working lives. Because KC had been a loyal long serving employee at the club, I think McManus probably kept him in the job for to long due to sentiment which we all know in sport is bad, I would say this is the same conundrum that Pearson has with Radford! Players are often moved on to freshen up the squad and I think the same should be said for the coaching staff

Great post. Only problem with our owner, he thinks, IF the coach is not from Hull, 'they dont get it' ie they cant quantify what the club means to its fans... Also Pearson thinks Radford is the best thing 'since sliced bread' , IF we had a change of coach, he'd more than likely promote from within, with the existing backroom staff still in situ.,which in my opinion, wouldnt make any difference...
