I do think his loyalty to Radford is being stretched but equally he's delivered a league position in line with most expectations this year and a cup run that probably exceeds them. With next year's squad I think there will be some jeopardy for the coaching staff.

Hardly surprising with 5 slow passes and a speculative kick. AP needs to wake up and smell the coffee -IMO..

Well Pearson admits the coaching needs help which Radford said not long ago it didnt. Lets see if Pearson actually acts on this or if its more of his baloney ala shipping out the none performing players like last year that then never actually happened.

At the moment i want to support the club and was in the mindset that i wanted to attend more matches next year as i was optimistic with the new players coming in then we turned to poop and the season fell apart again and my optimism for next season has vanished - actually improving the coaching will make my decision on whether to increase my attendance or not to bother like the players this season

Adam sees what we all see but won't act upon it.
If gates did dwindle to 8000 then he'd only have himself to blame for continuing with Radford.

This season's league position and Cup run is not in line with most expectations, only yours.
Down play our chances then even mediocrity and under achievement looks like success.
That way you'll never have to criticise Lee or the club.

I would certainly hope with this investment in the new squad expectations would be raised even by you and Pearson would act if the trudgery continued, otherwise more fans will definitely walk away.

The club is treading a fine line at the moment in terms of continued belief in Lee and alienating the fan base. Next season will go either way for sure.

Speaking to AP in person at some length last night he's fully aware of the current situation and the main causes and said he'd be bringing in defence/attack and conditioning staff. He also alluded to 2 players on marquee money which goes against his beleifs but needs must to compete with other clubs. I asked if that's what's upset the harmony of the team but he strongly denied it.
So we'll wait and see if it's just saying what people want to hear or it comes to fruition. One thing that was clear is that he doesn't under estimate the frustrations of the supporters.

At his age, LR isn't going to accept a director of football role. If he did, his career has gone.

Just maybe he's accepting, he is partially to blame,for under strengthening of the backroom staff..
Personally, there was no need to recruit players on marquee money, this may do more harm than good, maybe this was the reason Pritchard's contract was terminated..
Depends on who,the new backroom staff are,IF they are external appointments, then it would be a great acquisition by the club, if its from within, then personally, it's more of the same, nothing much will change..
We'll have to wait and see, if its all 'talk' or he means to galvanise the club..i hope its the latter...
