Be honest here...how many people do you know who died of cancer and didn't smoke....and did a 'Roy Castle' neither. If you are truthful There's plenty.

The issue of drinking in the stands is of a minor concern compared to the issue of smoking in the ground which completely contravenes Health and Safety but goes on week after week in the toilets and is largely ignored by the stewards.

I have written to Mr Cooper about this but wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a reply, perhaps FC Voices can table this as an agenda item for the next meeting ?

yes i smoke 40 aday but still last without havin one during the game.Yes its illegalbut so r a lot of things in this era but people still do it.
Did you use to stand outside the pub then n drink BEFORE the smoking ban ??????????????????????????????

Depended on the weather ! Anyway I wasn't among smokers who were committing an offence as they are now.
