I agree it would be a very poor signing for 18 months. For the rest of the season, it's not so bad.

However some of the posts on here over the last couple of days have been embarrassing.

A couple of people were saying they'd stop going, FFS. How flaky is that?

mcgoldrick hasnt signed yet,but i expect him to shortly. he isnt one of the '6' and yes it would only be this season, hull have been forced into this by the injuries to moa and tickle and things only started moving this week

So basically a stop gap experienced full back signing for 10 or so games because McKinnon fecked off and Russell is likely to be recalled. Think I'll burn my pass.

Surely there must be a forward or 2 kicking around in the reserves who could do better than putting mcgoldrick in the 2nd or front row

i would assume Mcgoldrick to full back, Horne to stand off, whiting 2nd row to replace Tickle and Pitts to cover prop along with Lynch, Watts & Radford.

when our other signings are announced, mcgoldrick is going to be the last thing on everyones mind!!lets remember he hasnt even signed up for the rest of the year yet!!

Strange that the Mcgoldrick rumour 1st surfaced about 2/3 weeks back. Did someone at the club have a premonition that two forwards would get bicep injuries?
