Last I heard about brough was we showed interest and he wanted to come but the money huddersfield wanted for him we didn't deem as value for money. We told brough to engineer the move but nothing came of it so we moved on

Did it say 2 signings a week or announcements as some of them could be contract extensions

Brough does know want to come back to the area , he offered his services to rovers who said they'd never have him . Maybe lack of cash , so if the chase deal falls through brough would come . Best hurry though because hudds have offered him a 5 year deal but wants to move back to hull if possible .

Chase played in his dinner suit at times today. Literally stood still and we had no clue what he was going to do.

Have been told Galea is joining us on a pay to play deal. Again just what Im told but I gather he will also help with the coaching and that role may form his actual wage with appearances paid for seperately.

Find it hard to believe Dobson's a back up option. For this to be true, Rovers would have to be willing to play along.

'Pay To Play' deals don't really work with the salary cap though, as I imagine you would have to put the player's salary down as though they will play in every round. Obviously the club would save financially for any games missed, but in terms of salary cap I don't think it helps.
