Been told obst is digging his heels in and asking for a sizeable pay off. this is the sticking point, not his inability to find another club

I heard it from a good source close to pearson that Jason smith to return to KC on one year deal not sure if it is good thing or not any thoughts

if thats the case you can`t really blame him, he`s going to try and get himself the best deal possible, i dare say he`ll ask high, Hull will offer low and they will eventually agree somewhere in the middle as with most negotiations.

I'd heard that. mcrae has brokered it but needed to get him to sign up with howes first
