Hull soldier killed in Afganistan : Fri Aug 21, 2009 9:24 pm  

The ministry of defence have announced the loss of Hull soldier from the 3rd Battalion, The Yorkshire Regiment.

He was Private Jonathon Young aged 18, he was one of 125 personel sent as reinforcements recently.

I am sure our thoughts are with his family and all families with loved ones serving there country in Aftganistan.

so sorry to hear about the young soldier, having lost two in castleford, we know exactly how every one will be feeling at this very sad time. condolences to the family.
