I'm really surprised by this could have understood the decision after the World Cup, can only think that it means some surgery is required that needs to be done to get him 100% right for next season

Full marks to Gazza for putting the Black and Whites first. Surgery and a proper pre-season and we should see the Gareth we hoped to see.

Shame he doesn't get an international swansong, but if he's firing for us next year, I won't complain

Best possible news for us this year. Dont think he fully recovered from the foot injury, then he did his ribs. Get some rest Gaz, big year next year.

Just listened to his interview on the club web site (on bottom bar, nearly missed it) doing all for the right reasons, being involved with the youngsters and new coah from the start of next season. I'd like to think we can all look forward to more like the try he scored in the Catalans play-off game. He was the only one who thought to back up Jacob Miller (you know, that half-back who is criticised by many for not taking on the line) More like that next year please
