Love beating Cas, just for the fact that über coach Powell is guaranteed to throw a strop. Powell gets loads of plaudits for developing players, but I reckon Radford has developed just as many without getting any recognition.

Indeed. Noteworthy also that we had 5 Challenge Cup winners sat in the stands - Carlos, Griffin, Bowden, Manu, Ellis.

For as much as he gets bigged up to have only delivered 1 LLS in the 6/7 years he's been there is a poor return. Cas are a good team when fully fit but rubbish in big games. Don't think it will be long before they are looking for a new coach.

Tbf to Powell, what he has done well is to get the best out of some fairly middle of the road players. Their best 17 compared to ours isn't even close on paper. They have a few really good forwards (Watts, Moors, JSL etc.) but there are alot of average bordering on poor players in that side. And he has turned a few players that nobody rated into pretty decent ones (McShane, Milner). Even in 2017 they had no right to do what they did, because they certainly didn't have the best players. Powell has done very well with limited resources. Until he gets a chance with a "big" club, then it's unfair to look at his trophies and say he has underperformed.

Yeaman 7. Radford 8? Can't remember whether he won it with Bradford.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

(LR has a cup winners medal with Bradford.)
