I also think we should switch connor, Kelly and sneyd around more when all 3 are playing. Bringing connor inside on occasion would cause defences some issues and confusion

A bit left field this, how about putting Sneyd in at 9 to give Houghton a ten minute breather so allow Connor and Kelly a go in the halves?

All time club goal kicking chart

533 Ned Rogers
524 Jim Kennedy
496 Paul Eastwood
455 Marc Sneyd

Not out of the question that Sneydy could top this chart in a couple of years time if he stays fit. He averages about 4 goals per game.

Not saying the HDM get their article ideas from here but

Sneydy is our beating heart, our rudder, organiser, and the ultimate game manager. Not to mention probably the best kicker in the world out of hand or from a tee.
He will always have critics because no-one is perfect.
But what we do know is that with his present skill set he is already a great player, already a double back to back Lance Todd winner and club legend to be, if not already.
Anyone who fits the great category will do for me.
I think he's the best English scrum half in the game right now and hope England come calling for him.

Sneyd would be great for GB, playing behind our pack and with someone like Lomax. How many tight games have we lost, he is the perfect man for that type of game

Marc's playing performances and attributes have been debated ad nauseam on this forum, but to my mind his greatest asset (intrinsically linked to his physical performance) is his mental approach - his cool, calm take on things whenever we see him interviewed and, by all accounts, his detailed and competitive approach to training and each and every game. For me, if he can maintain his current performances, never mind any improvements, then I'll be happy.

Not whilst Bennet’s the coach.

He needs more consistency to make the international team in my opinion.
Good but still needs to perform week in week out.

I think that’s a team problem , not just Sneyd , if our forwards turn up , Sneyd never lets them down
