There's no doubting his talent. If Tony Smith can help him curb his disciplinary brain farts then it wuld be a very good signing.

Even on current form, he is a big improvement on Lovodua and Lane, if Snith thinks he can add to the side and get his St Helens form back consistently then we have a very good player. When he signed for Leeds from the team that had just one the grand final, the fans were very disappointed, for whatever reason it hasn't quite worked out for him at Leeds (You could say that about alot of players Leeds have signed)

I'd be quite happy with Bentley.

This may have had something to do with his underwhelming performances at Leeds and appeared in an earlier post.

The 25-year-old's time at Headingley has been marred by several suspensions for high tackles and professional fouls.

Is that what you’d be happy with?

With the complete lack of talent available Ashworth and Bentley could change the look of our pack nicely

Maybe squeeze him in on a smaller salary but he can use Bentley as a punch bag whenever he’s feeling a tad upset.

Good thing is they are 2 decent British options. Less sold on Ashworth than Bentley.

Get those 2 , Tindall, an overseas 9 plus 2 line breaking forwards and we're laughing.
