Whatever happened to Phil, after he stopped playing for Widnes. I really rated Phil, though he had vision and pace, felt he was a bit underated.

He finished up at Blackpool. Did he go to Halifax for a while?

He was a real danger man when we were in the old NFP, and everyone was really surprised when Ned brough Shane Millard in, but it proved to be correct. Cants was devastating in that league but didn't have the next step in his game. Still, he was fantastic for Widnes.

I think he scored against us about three years ago whilst playing for Rochdale. He certainly wasn't disgraced in SL in 2002 with him scoring a few decent tries.

Yeah, played for us first season in NL1. Then moved on to Blackpool from there I think.

Halifax/Rochdale/Blackpool

In that order i think..............
