Lets look at the facts about Littlerich

* He posts more on here than he does on the Fax board

* He speaks up about how we'll be in Super League next time round

* He moved to Stockport to be closer to Widnes

* He enjoys the witty Widnes banter

* He knows all about our History

* He often posts score updates of our games


Me thinks a season ticket is down in the Widdy database with a certain Littleriches name on. As much as he will reposnd with a blue and white heart bleed fest we all know that he is a wannabe Viking.

Maybe he wants to be associated with a team thats actually won some silverware since 1987. Northern Rail 9's isnt counted because thats just for teams that were not quite good enough to make the real thing. Or maybe he enjoys a stadium thats fully seated. Although I doubt he knows how to use one!

I hear ya. I do spend a disproportionate amount of my forum time on the Widnes board. I can't explain it. I have no affinity towards the Widnes club apart from the fact that theirs is the first result i look for in the hope that they've been mullered. I do like the posters on this forum - there's some really nice people on here who don't take things too seriously.

That said, I would never ........ EVER ......... buy a Widnes season ticket. I couldn't even bring myself to go to the freebie match that SOC gave away this year when Fax had a blank weekend.

I get criticised by some Fax posters for ass kissing on this thread. They mistake my respect for some sort of admiration and fawning - the two are completely different. I love the banter and there'll be plenty of it next year when The Dad's Army take Cullen's Kid's to the cleaners. I also hope the Leigh mob keep in touch - i'd love to hear why they're struggling in fourth and clamouring for bonus points.

But Halifax didn't win the Northern 9's Blackpool did. Halifax won the Northern 9's plate.
