Squads for Boxing day : Thu Dec 17, 2009 9:00 am
No Gaskell, Gannon or Dean.

http://www.widnesvikings.co.uk/article.php?id=533

I would go with

1. James Ford
2. Matt Gardner
3. Dean Thompson
4. Toa Kohe Love
5. Paddy Flynn
6. Anthony Thackeray
7. James Webster
8. Steve Pickersgill
9. Mark Smith
10. Ben Kavanagh
11. Lee Doran
12. Dave Allen
13. Chris Gerrard

14. Gareth Haggerty
15. Thomas Coyle
16. Richard Varkulis
17. Shayne Grady

The rest will be used depending on the amount of subs used etc.

Dean Thompson was outstanding for Blackpool when he went on loan last year and it will be interesting to see what he's like in the centre, he was always very good at reserve level.

There's about as much chance of TKL playing as thr RFL becoming a quality organisation....

Expect a few players to turn up at the last training session carrying a "slight knock"

? Toa has been training very well, seen him in Asda westbrook the other day and he's fine. TBF the release does say some are recovering from Minor ops but i suspect nearly all will play.

Just looked at warringtons squad, its mix of first teamers and academy. have both clubs named there squads early after the mick mccarthy fiasco, only joking it should be a good game. with a vikings win.

Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”

There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair
with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back!

Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!

The Wire squad is a bit disappointing, but I suppose it makes the game a little more even.

I would like see that team mate.Like see dean thompson and think we could have a good one in him. Maybe because a friendly we could try mullaley or houghton.
