So, we're approaching the end of your first year back in SL, how do you all feel its gone?

Lets say you pick up another two wins (realistic the way your playing) that'd leave you on 14 points. Is this better or worse than you expected at the start of the year?

What's been your high and low point?

Where do you need to strengthen for next season, and how do you see next year going?

My opinion...finishing anywhere off the bottom in year one is a good achievement. Started dreadfully, but with time some players seem to have gelled, McShane's been a big plus. Next year with some decent signings and people keeping fit, Widnes could push top 8.

Gotta be happy with how things are at present. I thought 2 maybe 3 wins would be a reasonable start but the way we've been playing for the last couple of months has been great. We could/should have had 2 more wins under our belts against London away & Saints at home and with a possibility of more wins with our form being what it is is nothing short of unbelievable.

Low point for me was the Bradford game at home. Although not as bad as some of the away drubbings we've taken it epitomised where the team was at the time. It just looked like a total lack of desire which in front of your home fans is unacceptable.

High points are Hudds at home and Salford away. Hudds was the result where we started to believe after promising signs. Another high point, albeit disguised was getting rid of Watts & Moore...funnily enough, arguably the two most talented players in the squad.

Before any playoff predictions are made, I'd like to see a couple more signings to give us greater depth of class but there are very promising signs.
