My initial reaction to that would be that Noble is going to be the new Quins coach, which i think would be a fantastic move for everyone concerned.

Makes sense... it means that Dot in the RFL payroll office doesn't need to issue him with a P45 and P60... he just carries on next year where he left off this year.
