If you haven't done so already, simply join / fulfil your Viking Stronghold membership before 31 October 2011 and YOUR name will accompany the ever-increasing list of people who have joined the initiative. Marketing Director Brian O'Connor commented; "This campaign is aimed at those people who may still be undecided or contemplating joining the Stronghold at a later date. The concept of the shirt is aimed at proving that the Stronghold initiative is more than just another membership scheme. Since its launch in April, it's been proven that we are creating a much stronger family-bond between the club and its supporters. i wasnt sure which one i would go for given that i will also have a stronghold shirt. but i think i will definately be choosing the away jersey now

Nah I'm interested in seeing what they come up with but it'll be a challenge let's put it that way.

Great idea, ill be getting both no matter how bad the away shirt is.

The home shirt will be interesting, apparently had it planned for a couple of years now.

The home shirt will apparently sport a classical style painting depicting Pepe and steve O'connor as two of the Olympian gods embroiled in the epic battle for heaven against two of the Titans, depicted as Starbug and Richard Lewis.

you will note from my orginal post and vikingmans quote that the only word which changed is 'titanic'. as it was a battle involving titans i thought 'titanic' was redundant and changed it to 'epic'

If they do it very faint it might be alright. But yeah these sorts of shirts usually end up pretty bad.
