I started at 11.30am this morning. My search consisted of sitting at Widnes train station listening to Paul Simon's Homeward Bound - in the vain hope that the legendary Vikingman would show up. I gave up my "sit in" at 6pm. The police aren't interested - said that a full search would be a waste of police resources. Pfffft !

So, it looks as though we have another Lord Lucan type mystery. I'm not giving up. I will be at the next home match with a bucket collection. (Just cos - I'm skint) I ask all to join me in the search. The search for a lost soul. The search for Vikingman.

Mystery solved everyone. Immediately after the Leigh match, Vikingman boarded the American Airlines flight 103 to Texas. He's currently recovering in The Rosenberg Clinic after his/her Orchiectomy operation. I am told by Dr Gunther Gyno-Ballsgone that all went well. Vikingman wishes to appeal to everyone's good nature in these sensitive times. On his/her return, he/sh ........... she would like to be referred to as Vikingwoman (or Pauletta to her close friends).

VW (cool !) will soon be back on these boards wreaking havoc and destroying opposition posters. However, she is taking no responsibility for any previous posts by VM. Anyone attempting to link the two posters will be slain. Be warned !! VW is a bitch !

Im still in recovery mode after that embarrasment on Friday, It seems like the Leigh fans think the world cup has been won the way they are celebrating. From what i seen that has to be the worst Leigh side in the last 6 or so years but they still beat us which just shows how crap we are this year. Also nice to see Bob's girlfriend popping on to rub salt in the wounds (just because Bob isnt quite giving it to you right Liz no need to come and vent your female frustration on here love). They players are second rate that we have and that frustrates me because we have the best chairman, the best facilities and the most fans outside the top flight.


But after all that perhaps you need to hit the floor before you can stand up again and im confident we will get it right.


Celebrate it well Leigh but you are still crap.
