Your new signing is Toa Kohe-Love, or at least it'll feel like having a new signing when he's finally available to play

Never been a big fan of Nanyn, but of course that's a lot to do with his time with your lot and maybe a bit of gruding respect for his pointscoring record. Not a coincidence that it's the good players who get stick from the opposition, so I suppose it's always been a back-handed compliment, while you lot can't preach about U-Turns after the stick Toa got last year when we signed him

The back peddling has started now.

The 'I've never liked Nanyn but...' retraction is in full swing now on your boards. It's an absolute joy for a Widnes fan to behold all this squirming and hand wringing.

The thing is, we probably got the best out of Nanyn and, after a season in NL2 and spending half of the next playing reserve grade footy, I can't see him being quite the same player he was. Obvcioulsy, I hope he isn't.

I haven't seen any Leythers moaning about Widnes' loan signings since yesterday either.
