I would agree that Penny is better at taking the high ball and has a little more speed in his locker than Flynn, but Flynn had a terrific start to the season, shining in a side that otherwise looked very flat. He scored some terrific tries too.
The big problem was that Flynn had a bit of a mare in one game and his confidence took a knock.
