I was with my wife and daughter, parked right next to your coaches wirth other Leigh fans with families and your chavs were singing 'we all hate Leigh scum' to which some of our chavs responded.

There was then a minibus of your youth hanging about whilst the traffic died down supping lager and giving a lot more than they got. This went on for a good 20 minutes, general singing as lads do but with plenty anti-Leigh stuff thrown in.

I wasn't bothered one way or the other as I've shoes older than most of the kids playing Johnny Bigdick and have seen it all before and more, but if you're going to whine about abuse that never even got past the girly name calling stages, then at least open both of your eyes.

FWIW, I thought you had a good loud following, a lot more than last year, and a good number considering it was Thursday night Sky game and you've been gash all season.

Im just mystified about what Leigh expect, Thursday night and the games on sky and we have come of the back of 2 defeats and all as we get is abuse and crap following etc. Money is a big issue in this division so lets see how Leigh cope - 400/500 paying fans.

Leigh can stick it as far as im concerned and from the reports in the car park it was a little more than just verbals exchanged.

GROW UP there is always banter between fans (and thats all it was)as far as reports suggest??? did you go???it is very interesting that only 2 widnes fans seem to have bothered posting on this subject. boycotting leigh do what ever your tiny brain wants to, me personally it wont bother me plus nothing would stop me following my team. if its cos you lost well thats childish even your coach had the decency to appreciate that we won everything all over the pitch. gotta go now as we are avin a tidy up in the south stand as there seems to be loads of toys scattered about and loads of empty prams.

I can see where VM is coming from. Alot of people made a good effort to leave work straight away and go straight to the game with their famalies and all you here is, shocking following. A little bit disrespectful if you ask me. Next time Leigh bring 200 fans down to the Stobart i cant wait to let you know what a shocking following you have.

At the end of the day if we have a shocking following, bare in mind we bring hundreds more to any more stadium than any other team, doesn't say alot about your support and other clubs support.

It was nothing but friendly banter until 1 idiot decided to run 100 yards and swing a punch at me as i was walking off. Thats what caused all the aggro but as soon as a few leigh fans jumped out their cars he soon ran off
