If you made a final appearance you could still apply, you may not get anywhere with it but you can still apply.

There was never any point applying even if we had made the Gf and won it , you have the Championship spot , the rest of us will take our chances where we are , no problem , I have posted many times , including before the last round , that I don't want us to get a 3 year franchise in SL , it could financially kill us

After this last week a lot of the sympathy I had for them has largely gone.

Gerrin Sheffield. Sorry to the decent Leigh fans but that's just the way it is. Great game, Sheffield were far better in every area except goal kicking and to all the Leythers giving it to us recently, I hope you enjoyed it.

No Widnes are a RL club , the best one outside SL and probably better than 3/4 in SL , they will deservedly get a franchise , best of luck
