Saxton was awsome. He broke tackles EVERYTIME he took the ball up. Hull fans though refer to him as "Knock-on Tommy" and some today are saying how bad the Championship must be when a guy like Saxton can look so good. I guess you could say the same about Holroyd. Mind you, clubs down here don't get a million a year off Sky to p*** away on top grade players.

Some of the fans in this division really need to reflect on yesterday's game and get a reality check.

For all their moaning about how pointless the Championship is, how they 'languish in this rotting division with no chance of promotion', yesterday's game showed exactly how much quality and excitement there is in the Champioship.

Imagine what the game would have been like if those 34 players who played yesterday shared that attitude.....

TBH it is all just hearsay. If you were to believe everybody then Brian Noble would have been coach last season and Barrow would have been £500,000 over the salary cap. Nothing ever actually comes from the horses mouth does it ?

Just whilst your on Gary. Martin Crompton looks to be a front runner in the race to be your new coach. You've got to be fairly happy with that? Can't see him putting up with too much in the way of interference from Des.
